Remembrance 2020
Dunton Green Parish Council
Remembrance Sunday was a beautiful day this year. A very low key wreath laying and two minutes silence took place at the war memorial, where some quiet moments of contemplation could be had.
Let's hope that next year we are able to return to a much larger public service where we can invite everyone to attend.
There is still plenty of time for those of you who wish to contribute to the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal. Whilst there has been some selling of poppies in supermarkets and the like, it hasn't been possible for many to get out and about to get them this year. Take a look at the ROYAL BRITISH LEGION POPPY APPEAL website for more information about how you can donate and get involved.
